Or 1 pkg. frozen

Cloves garlic

Green onions

Soya sauce

Sugar

White wine
Procedures:

Cook fiddleheads in water or steam.

Meanwhile in frypan heat some butter and saute garlic till softened then add the sliced green onions for the last ?minute.

Blend in the soya sauce, sugar and wine.

Coat the fiddleheads in the sauce and serve.
