Ingredients:
2 1/2 cupLong Grain Rice
2 tspSalt
5 cupBoiling Water
1/3 cupButter Or Vegetable Oil
Procedures:
1Cooking time 45 minutes.
2wash and drain the rice.
3Put in a saucepan and blend in the salt until each grain looks glazed.
4Cover with the boiling water.
5Bring to a boil again and simmer for about 25 minutes, until all of the water is absorbed.
6heat the butter to bubbling, add the rice and fry to a light brown.
7Dry in an uncovered pan in a very slow oven, 250 °F., for about 10 minutes or until the grains are fluffy.
