Procedures:
| 1 | Shake mix and potatoes together in plastic bag. | | 2 | When potatoes are coated, add oil, shake/rub to coat. | | 3 | Bake at 425°F. | | 4 | In a single layer on greased baking pan 40 minutes - until browned. | | 5 | Serve with chile dip. | | 6 | Makes 8 servings (40 pieces) | | 7 | chile dip: combine sour cream, diced green chilies and hidden valley ranch party dip mix. | | 8 | Stir to blend. | | 9 | Chill for at least 1 hour. | | 10 | Makes 2 1/3 cups. | | 11 | * - or use 32 ounces frozen tater tots or potato wedges (with skin) tossed with mix. | | 12 | Omit oil and bake according to package directions. | | 13 | optional substitution: original ranch mix on potatoes with prepared original ranch dip. |
