Ingredients:
1 packHidden Valley Ranch Fiesta
-Ranch Party Dip Mix (1.1oz)
5 medBaking potatoes, cut
Lengthwise into eights*
2 tbspVegetable oil
CHILE DIP
1 pintSour cream
1 canDiced green chilies (4 oz)
1 packHidden Valley Ranch Party
-Dip Mix (1.1 oz)
Procedures:
1Shake mix and potatoes together in plastic bag.
2When potatoes are coated, add oil, shake/rub to coat.
3Bake at 425°F.
4In a single layer on greased baking pan 40 minutes - until browned.
5Serve with chile dip.
6Makes 8 servings (40 pieces)
7chile dip: combine sour cream, diced green chilies and hidden valley ranch party dip mix.
8Stir to blend.
9Chill for at least 1 hour.
10Makes 2 1/3 cups.
11* - or use 32 ounces frozen tater tots or potato wedges (with skin) tossed with mix.
12Omit oil and bake according to package directions.
13optional substitution: original ranch mix on potatoes with prepared original ranch dip.
