| tbsp | Parsley flakes | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 2
| tbsp | Green onions, sliced thin | | 4
| tbsp | Cheddar, grated | | 2
| tbsp | Parmesan |

Procedures:
| 1 | Directions: peel potatoes, rinse and pat dry. | | 2 | Cut into thin slices but not all the way through. | | 3 | Spread to make a fan. | | 4 | Place in a micro-wave dish and sprinkle with melted marg, parsley, salt and green onions. | | 5 | Microwave on high for 10 minutes, re-arranging after 5 minutes. | | 6 | Let rest for 5 minutes. | | 7 | Sprinkle with the cheeses. | | 8 | Microwave another 5 minutes until cheese is melted and potatoes soft. | | 9 | Frances cormier (lina chouchi"s daughter) |
