4	large	Artichokes, washed
1/2	cup	Lemon juice
2	cup	Seasoned bread crumbs
4	tbsp	Garlic, minced
4	tbsp	Grated cheese
4	tbsp	Olive oil
2		Eggs, beaten
		Parsley, chopped
1	cup	Chicken broth

Procedures:

1	Take artichokes and chop off the stem, peel and cook along with the articho
