Ingredients:
Ingrdients
1 lbsGround chuck
1/2 cupOnion, chopped
1/2 cupSkim milk
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 tspDry mustard
1/2 tspSalt
Vegetable cooking spray
Creole Sauce
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients, except cooking spray and creole sauce, stirring unitl well combined.
2Shape into a loaf, and place in a 8 ?x 4 ?x 3 loafpan coated with cooking spray.
3Bake at 350 °F for 1 hour.
4Cool in pan 10 minutes.
5Invert meat loat onto serving plater, and pour creole sauce over top.
6Cut meat loaf into 6 slices to serve
