Ingredients:
1 lbsVeal, Sliced Thin
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
3 tbspVegetable Oil
4 Apples, Med. Peel And Slice
1/2 cupEvaporated Milk
8 ozYogurt, Small Container
Procedures:
1Rub veal steaks with salt and pepper.
2Heat oil and cook veal slices about 2 minutes on each side.
3Place veal in an ovenproof casserole.
4Add cored, sliced apples.
5Blend evaporated milk and yogurt together.
6Spread over apples.
7Place in a preheated 325 °F.
8Oven; cook just until bubbly, about 20 to 30 minutes
