Procedures:
| 1 | * asparagus spears should be canned. | | 2 | ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika over the veal slices. | | 3 | Saute in butter until browned. | | 4 | On each fillet place 1 stewed tomato, 3 spears asparagus and a heaping t of mushrooms. | | 5 | Cook gently. | | 6 | Pour cooking juices over the fillets while cooking. | | 7 | Cook uncovered until mushrooms are just tender. | | 8 | Serve with pureed potatoes and a salad |
