Ingredients:
4 Summer squash
1/2 cupMilk
1/3 cupMayonnaise
2/3 cupCheese
1/4 tbspSalt
Ds Pepper
Procedures:
1Cheesed zucchini pare zucchini and cut into ?inch slices.
2Cook slowly in very little milk slowly to mayo; stir in about half of the cheese and seasonings.
3Cook over low heat until thickened.
4Pour over zucchini and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
5Bake at 400 until top is browned.
6Or, place under broiler for several minutes until cheese is melted and top browned lightly.
7Serves 6.
