Ingredients:

4 lbsShort ribs
MARINADE
3 tbspToasted sesame seeds
3 tbspSalad oil
1/4 cupSoy sauce
1/3 cupOnion, finely minced
1/4 cupGreen onion
-finely minced
-Garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp-Pepper
2 tspGinger, minced
2 tsp-Sugar
Procedures:
1Cut ribs in 2-?x 2" pieces and score surfaces.
2Combine marinade ingredients and soak ribs for 1-2 hours.
3Place on cold broiler pan; broil on middle rack position 10-12 minutes on each side or until of desired doneness.
4Be heavy handed on the garlic and ginger if you like.
5Get the butcher to slice the short ribs very thin ? or less.
6And broil over coals.
7This and steak teriyaki is a favorite island picknic item.
