Firmly packed light brown

Evaporated skim milk

Procedures:

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Arrange yams in single layer in 13x9x2 inch baking dish.

Bake 15 min. meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a med. saucepan.

Stirring constantly, bring to boil over med. heat, boilf for 5 min. por over yams.

Return dish to oven and bake, basting frequently, for at least 15 min.
