Ingredients:
6 eachCUBED STEAKS, 4oz. EACH
2 1/2 tbspWORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
5 tbspOIL, DIVIDED
2 cupZUCCHINI, SLICED
2 cupBROCCOLI FLOWERETTS
1 1/2 cupBEEF BROTH
1 1/2 tbspCORNSTARCH
1/2 tspSALT
Procedures:
1Brush steaks with 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce and let stand for 5 minutes.
2In a large skillet heat 3 tablespoons of oil.
3Add zucchini and saute for 3 minutes.
4Add broccoli and saute for 2 minutes longer.
5Remove vegetables with a slotted spoon.
6Keep warm.
7Add remaining 2 tablespoons of oil to the skillet and brown the steaks about 2 minutes on each side.
8Combine broth, cornstarch, salt and remaining worcestershire sauce.
9Add to skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until thick, about 2 minutes.
10Return vegetables to skillet and heat through.
11Serve immediately.
