Ingredients:

| each | CUBED STEAKS, 4oz. EACH | | 2 1/2
| tbsp | WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE | | 5
| tbsp | OIL, DIVIDED | | 2
| cup | ZUCCHINI, SLICED | | 2
| cup | BROCCOLI FLOWERETTS | | 1 1/2
| cup | BEEF BROTH | | 1 1/2
| tbsp | CORNSTARCH | | 1/2
| tsp | SALT |

Procedures:
| 1 | Brush steaks with 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce and let stand for 5 minutes. | | 2 | In a large skillet heat 3 tablespoons of oil. | | 3 | Add zucchini and saute for 3 minutes. | | 4 | Add broccoli and saute for 2 minutes longer. | | 5 | Remove vegetables with a slotted spoon. | | 6 | Keep warm. | | 7 | Add remaining 2 tablespoons of oil to the skillet and brown the steaks about 2 minutes on each side. | | 8 | Combine broth, cornstarch, salt and remaining worcestershire sauce. | | 9 | Add to skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until thick, about 2 minutes. | | 10 | Return vegetables to skillet and heat through. | | 11 | Serve immediately. |
