Ingredients:
1 lbsInside round steak ?thick
1 tspPepper
3 tbspButter or soft margarine
1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
1 tbspLemon juice
1/4 tspCelery salt
1/2 Clove garlic, minced
Procedures:
1Tender when not overcooked.
2Also good cold in sandwiches or as part of a salad plate.
3Cut steak into serving-size pieces.
4Sprinkle steak with pepper and rub into meat with heel of your hand.
5In small saucepan, melt butter.
6Add worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, celery salt and garlic.
7Brush sauce on steaks and fast-fry over high heat 5 min or until desired doneness.
8Do not overcook.
9Serve immediately topped with remaining sauce.
