Ingredients:
2 1/3 lbsBeef, diced 1" (Raw)
1 tbspSoy sauce
2/3 cupCanned crushed tomatoes
5 ozOnions, chopped
1 1/2 ozGreen onions, chopped
1 ozBanana peppers, chopped
1 1/2 tspGarlic, minced
2 1/2 tspBlack pepper
1 tspTabasco sauce
2 tspAllspice
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspThyme
Procedures:
1Trim fat from meat.
2Mix all other ingredients.
3Marinate meat in mixture 24 hours in fridge.
4Drain most of marinade.
5Saute meat with a little of marinate until brown and cooked.
6Serve with fluffy white rice
