Ingredients:
1 tbspVegetable oil
1 lbsChicken, boneless & cubed
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 medOnion, chopped
1 Green or red pepper, chopped
2 Celery stalks, sliced
1 tbspChili powder
1 canTomatoes (14 oz)
2 cupWater
2 Knorr chicken bouillon cubes
2 cupPasta, small shells
Procedures:
1In a large skillet heat oil over med-high heat; add chicken and garlic, cook and stir 2-3 minuttes or until lightly browned.
2Add onion, cook and stir 2 minutes.
3Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil, add pasta.
4Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes or until pasta is cooked.
