Ingredients:
1 1/2 tbspUnflavored gelatin
1 Bouillon cube
1/4 cupVinegar
2 cupCooked, diced, leftover-
2 tbspGreen pepper, chopped
4 Sweet pickles, chopped
1 tbspOnion, diced
1/2 cupCold water
1 1/2 cupBoiling water
1/2 tspSalt
- roast of venison
2 tbspPimiento, cut in small pieces
2 tbspCelery, diced
2 tbspCooked cut green beans
Procedures:
1Soak gelatin in cold water.
2Dissolve bouillon cube and gelatin in boiling water.
3Add vinegar and salt.
4Cool this mixture and when just beginning to set add the rest of ingredients.
5Pour into individual molds or greased 8-inch square baking dish.
6Chill and serve on a bed of lettuce with mayonnaise.
