Ingredients:
1 Artichoke Dash of garlic salt or pwdr
1/4 cupButter
Procedures:
1Wash and trim artichokes.
2Put water in a pot large enough to cover the artichokes.
3Bring to a boil.
4Turn down to a simmer.
5Cook in simmering water for 15 to 20 min. or until a pulled leaf comes loose .
6Sauce: melt butter and add a dash of garlic salt or powder.
