Artichoke Dash of garlic salt or pwdr

Butter
Procedures:

Wash and trim artichokes.

Put water in a pot large enough to cover the artichokes.

Bring to a boil.

Turn down to a simmer.

Cook in simmering water for 15 to 20 min. or until a pulled leaf comes loose .

Sauce: melt butter and add a dash of garlic salt or powder.
