Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupWater
2 ozApricots, dried, finely
-chopped
1 tspMargarine, nondairy
1/3 tspCardamom
1 cupCouscous
Procedures:
1Combine water, apricots, margarine and cardamom in 1 quart casserole dish.
2Cover.
3Microwave on high for 4 minutes, or until water reaches full boil.
4Add couscous.
5Cover.
6Let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
