Acorn squash rings with cranberries and apples

Ingredients:
1 Squash, acorn
1/4 cupButter
1/2 cupCranberries
1/4 cupSugar, brown packed
1/2 cupApple, finely chopped
1 tbspCornstarch
2 tbspWater, cold
Procedures:
1Fat grams per serving: approx. cook time: :12 cut un peeled squash into ?rings with sharp knife.
2Remove and discard seeds.
3Place in shallow dish & set aside.
4In 4 cup measure cook butter at high 30-45 seconds or till melted.
5Stir in cranberries and brown sugar.
6Cook, uncovered plastic wrap at high 2-3 min or till skins have popped, stirring once.
7Stir in apple; spoon in each ring.
8Cover and cook at high 5-7 min or till tender.
9Drain juice with 1 cup measure.
10Dissolve cornstarch in cold water, whisk into juices.
11Cook at high 30-45 seconds till thickened.
12Pour over rings.
