Ingredients:
1 lbsPork, ground
1 Onion, minced
1 tspPoultry seasoning
Salt and pepper
1 Potato - small, cooked &
-mashed
Pastry, for double-crust
-pie
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients except potato and cover with water.
2Simmer for 1-?hours.
3Drain, reserving the liquid.
4Add mashed potato to meat.
5Pour into uncooked pie shell.
6Sprinkle a bit of the liquid over the mixture.
7Cover with pie crust and crimp edges.
8Cook at 350f for ?hour or until crust is golden
