Ingredients:
| 1 1/4
| lbs | Zucchini | | 1/4
| cup | Flour | | 1
| tbsp | Salt | | 1
| tbsp | Oregano | | 1/4
| tbsp | Ground pepper | | 1/4
| cup | Olive oil | | 2
| each | Tomatoes, sliced | | 1
| cup | Sour cream | | 1/2
| cup | Parmesan cheese |

Procedures:
| 1 | Wash and scrub zucchini well and cut into thin round pieces. | | 2 | Combine flour with half the salt, pepper and oregano in a bowl. | | 3 | Coat zucchini slices in mixture. | | 4 | Heat oil in a skillet and saute" zucchini until brown. | | 5 | Place zucchini in a greased baking dish and top with tomato. | | 6 | Combine sour cream and the rest of the salt, oregano and pepper and spread over tomato slices. | | 7 | Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
