Japanese vegetables with
Seasonings
1 Boneless pork chop, cut into
Julienne strips
1 tspOil
1/2 tspCornstarch
2 tspDry sherry
1 tspSoy sauce
2 cupHot cooked rice

2Empty frozen vegetables into a 1-quart casserole; reserve seasoning packet.
3Add pork and oil to vegetables.
4Cover with lid or vented plastic wrap and microwave on high three minutes.

6Empty contents of seasoning packet into a small bowl.
7Stir in cornstarch; blend in sherry and soy sauce.
8Stir mixture into vegetables; recover.
9Microwave on high three to four minutes; or until vegetables are crisp tender and pork is no longer pink.
