| 1 | Whip together yams, sugar, nutmeg, salt, butter, egg substitute and grated orange rind until smooth. |
| 2 | Coat an 8" ring mold with melted butter. |
| 3 | Put in freezer to harden butter. |
| 4 | Then dredge mold with flour. |
| 5 | Press the mixture into the mold. |
| 6 | Bake at 375°F. for 30 minutes. |
| 7 | Turn out on a plate and serve with dixie sauce. |
| 8 | To make the sauce, mix together sauce ingredients and heat. |
| 9 | Serve warm, drizzled over yam turnout |
