Procedures:

Clean and cut carrots into thin strips.

Cook until tender in salted water.

Place in 6 x 10" baking dish.

Mix together grated onion, horseradish, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and water.

Pour over carrots.

Sprinkle with a ?cup of butter crumbs.
