VEGETABLES
3 eachCucumbers, cut in sticks
1/4 lbsMushrooms, whole
1/2 eachBunch celery, cut in sticks
1/2 eachBunch carrots, cut in sticks
1/2 lbsCherry tomatoes, whole
1/2 eachHead cauliflower, broken int
2 eachGreen peppers, cut in sticks
3 eachZucchini, cut in sticks
1/2 eachBunch green onions, trimmed
DIP
1 cupButtermilk
1 cupMayonnaise
1 packDressing mix
Procedures:
1Arrange the vegetables on a tray.
2Chill 1 hour before serving.
3Combine dip ingredients and place in serving bowl.
4Ready to serve.
5For a low calorie dip, substitute lo-fat creamed cottage cheese for the mayonnaise.
