| | Garlic cloves, crushed | | 1
| tsp | Thyme, dried | | 1
| tsp | Paprika | | 1/2
| tsp | White pepper, ground | | 1/2
| tsp | Black papper |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preparation time: 30 minutes combine garlic, thyme, paprika and peppers and press evenly into both sides of the steak place steak on grid over medium coals. | | 2 | Grill steak 12 to14 minutes for rare (140 °F). | | 3 | To medium (160 °F)., turning once. | | 4 | Season with salt, if desired. | | 5 | Carve steak diagonally into thin slices. | | 6 | Serving suggestions: steamed vegetable medley (asparagus, baby carrots, zucchini, uyellow squash and radishes) |
