Ingredients:
1 lbsTop round steak, 1" thick
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 tspThyme, dried
1 tspPaprika
1/2 tspWhite pepper, ground
1/2 tspBlack papper
Procedures:
1Preparation time: 30 minutes combine garlic, thyme, paprika and peppers and press evenly into both sides of the steak place steak on grid over medium coals.
2Grill steak 12 to14 minutes for rare (140 °F).
3To medium (160 °F)., turning once.
4Season with salt, if desired.
5Carve steak diagonally into thin slices.
6Serving suggestions: steamed vegetable medley (asparagus, baby carrots, zucchini, uyellow squash and radishes)
