Ingredients:
2 lbsCooked Unseasoned RoastBeef*
6 tbspMilk
1 tbspUnbleached All-purpose Flour
3 Large Eggs, Beaten
1 1/2 cupSelf-Rising Flour
4 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
Procedures:
1* cooked roast beef should be cut into ?to 1-inch pieces.
2~------------------------------------------------------------------------- combine milk and flour; stir into eggs.
3Combine self-rising flour, salt and pepper.
4Dip roast beef chunks in egg mixture and dredge in flour mixture.
5Fry in hot deep fat until browned and heated through.
6Drain on absorbent paper towels and serve hot.
7Note: serve in divided serving dish surrounded by pickles, cherry tomatoes, green pepper rings, carrot curls, celery sticks and parsley, as desired
