Ingredients:
VEGETABLE MEDLEY

Onions, thinly sliced

Carrots, thinly sliced

Daikon radish, thinly sliced

Broccoli florets

Cauliflower florets

Cabbage, chopped

tbsp
Sesame seeds
SESAME SAUCE

tbsp
Toasted sesame oil

tbsp
Tamari

tbsp
Brown rice vinegar
Procedures:

Medley: steam vegetables until they are tender-crisp (5 minutes).

Plunge into cold water to stop cooking & drain well.

Transfer to a serving bowl & set aside.

roast sesame seeds in a small skillet over medium heat, until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

Set aside.

sauce: combine all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

Pour over the vegetables & toss to coat.

Sprinkle with the roasted seeds & serve.
