Ingredients:

| large | Reynolds oven bag | | 1
| tbsp | Flour | | 2
| pack | Turkey gravy mix | | | -- (0.75 to 1 oz. each) | | 3/4
| cup | Water | | 4
| lbs | Turkey breast (to 7 lbs.) | | | -- thawed | | | Salt and pepper, to taste | | 2
| med | Onions, quartered |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350°F. | | 2 | Shake flour in oven bag; place in 13x9x2" baking pan. | | 3 | Add gravy mix and water to bag. | | 4 | Squeeze bag to blend ingredients. | | 5 | Sprinkle turkey breast with salt and pepper; place in bag. | | 6 | Place onion in bag around turkey. | | 7 | Close bag with nylon tie; cut 6 half-inch slits in top. | | 8 | Insert meat thermometer through slit in bag into thickest part of turkey breast, but not touching bone. | | 9 | Bake until meat thermometer registers 170 to 175°F., 1 ?to 1 ?hours. | | 10 | Let stand in bag 15 minutes before slicing. | | 11 | Yield: 6 to 8 servings. | | 12 | In brochure that came with package of reynolds large (19x23.5") oven bags. | | 13 | Richmond, va: consumer products division/reynolds metals company, 1988 |
