Ingredients:
1/3 cupJACK DANIEL'S WHISKEY
1/2 cupBROWN SUGAR
1/3 cupSOY SAUCE
1/3 cupWATER
1 tbspWORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1 tspLEMON JUICE
1/8 tspGARLIC POWDER
1 CHUCK ROAST (2-3 lb)
Procedures:
1Combine whiskey, brown sugar, soy sauce, water, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and garlic powder; mix well.
2Place roast into a plastic bag; add marinade and seal.
3Place in a dish; refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
4Grill over medium coals (with jack daniel"s barrel chips, soaked in water--if you can find them), about 20 to 25 minutes per side for medium.
5Baste occasionally with marinade.
6To serve, cut into thin slices.
7Serves 4 to 6
