Tecolote squash

Ingredients:
3 eachMed size yellow crook neck
Squash (about ?lb)
2 tbspButter
1 eachOnion, small
2 eachGarlic cloves
2 eachTomatoes, peeled & chopped
1 canCorn, whole kernal (10oz)
1/2 tspSalt
2 tbspChopped green chile
1/4 tspOregano
1/2 tspGround cumin
1/4 tspGround black pepper
1 cupLight cream
1/4 tspTabasco sauce
3 ozCream cheese, cubed
Procedures:
1In a heavy skillet, melt butter and saute the onion and garlic over medium heat for five minutes.
2Cut the squash into one-quarter inch thick round slices and saute for another five minutes.
3Add the tomatoes, corn and spices, and cook over low heat for 20 minutes, or until squash is nice and tender, stirring two or three times to prevent sticking or burning.
4Stir in light cream, tabasco sauce and cream cheese.
5Cook over low heat until heated through.
6Serve hot.
