| tbsp | Rolled oats, quick cooking | | 2
| tbsp | Parsley, snipped | | 3/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Garlic powder | | 1/8
| tsp | Pepper | | 1
| | Med cabbage head | | 15
| oz | Tomato sauce, canned | | 1/4
| cup | Cider vinegar | | 3
| tbsp | Brown sugar | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| dash | Pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | In skillet cook ground beef, onion, celery, and green pepper till meat is browned; drain off fat. | | 2 | Sprinkle meat mixture with rolled oats, parsley, the ?t salt, garlic powder, and the 1/8-t pepper. | | 3 | Core cabbage; cut into six wedges. | | 4 | Place atop the meat. | | 5 | In bowl combine tomato sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, the ?t salt, and the dash of pepper; mix well. | | 6 | Pour over cabbage and meat. | | 7 | Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or till cabbage is tender. | | 8 | Serve at once. |
