Ingredients:

1 tbspCornstarch
1/2 cupBrown Sugar, Packed
13 1/2 ozPineapple Tidbits, 1 Cn
1 tbspSoy Sauce
1/3 cupVinegar
1/2 cupGreen Bell Pepper, *
Procedures:
1* coarsely chop the green bell pepper after seeding it.
2Prepare the basic meatball recipe (recipe 12) and set aside.
3Mix the cornstarch and sugar in a large skillet.
4Stir in the pineapple (with the syrup), soy sauce, and vinegar.
5Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and boils.
6Add the cooked meatballs; cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7Stir in the green pepper; cover and simmer until the pepper is crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
8Serve.
