1 1/2 tspSALT
3 1/2 tspPAPRIKA
2/3 tspGARLIC POWDER
1/3 tspFENNEL SEED
1 tspBLACK PEPPER
1/4 tspRED PEPPER, CRUSHED
Procedures:
1Mix all ingredients except for the pork in a small bottle or dish.
2Sprinkle on pork and mix in to blend evenly.
3Mix sausage several hours or a day before using
