| 1 | * you will need 2 small chicken fryers, 2-3 pounds each. |
| 2 | Cut the chickens into serving-sized pieces. |
| 3 | In a small bowl combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic which has been finely chopped but not minced, salt and black pepper. |
| 4 | Place this mixture in a shallow bowl. |
| 5 | Place ?cup of melted margarine in a shallow dish. |
| 6 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. |
| 7 | Have ready a shallow baking pan. |
| 8 | Dip chicken pieces first in the margarine, then into the bread crumb mixture. |
| 9 | Place in baking pan in a single layer. |
| 10 | Drizzle rest of melted margarine evenly over chicken. |
| 11 | Bake for 45 minutes, turning only once. |
| 12 | Chicken will be crusty and golden brown. |
