| tsp | Seasoned Pepper, to taste | | 1
| can | Pineapple, sliced, drained | | | -Pineapple juice, reserved | | | Lettuce leaves | | | Red onion, sliced | | | Red Bell Pepper | | | SALAD DRESSING | | 3
| tbsp | Oil, vegetable | | 2
| tbsp | Hot Soy Sauce, CHUN KING | | 2
| tbsp | Pineapple juice, from reserv | | 1
| tbsp | Whoite vinegar | | 1
| tbsp | Honey | | 1/4
| tsp | Ginger, ground |

Procedures:
| 1 | Lightly sprinkle both sides of boneless, skinned, chicken breasts with seasoned pepper. | | 2 | Grill; slice into strips. | | 3 | Reserve 2 tablespoons juice from can of pineapple slices. | | 4 | Prepare salad dressing (directions follows). | | 5 | Brush pineapple slices with some salad dressing, grill 2-3 minutes. | | 6 | Arrange chicken and pineapple over lettuce and vegetables. | | 7 | Top with salad dressing. | | 8 | Salad dressing: in a covered jar, combine oil, hot soy sauce, 2 tb pineapple juice, white vinegar, honey and ground ginger. | | 9 | Shake well. |
