Mushroom stuffing

Ingredients:
2 tbspOil
1 lbsMushrooms, fresh
1 cupOnions, chopped
1/2 tspSage leaves
1/4 tspMarjoram leaves
20 Wheat bread slices
2 Eggs
Procedures:
1Cut mushrooms in quarters.
2Heat oil in skillet.
3Add mushrooms, onion, sage, marjoram, and salt and pepper to taste; cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.
4Remove from heat.
5Cube bread and add; toss well to mix.
6Pour egg over stuffing and toss.
7Makes 12-14 cups, enough to stuff 14-lb turkey.
8(allow 1 cup stuffing per lb of turkey).
