Ingredients:
1 lbsGround turkey, cooked
1/2 cupCracker crumbs or bread crum
1 cupRice, cooked
1/2 cupOnion, chopped
1/4 cupCarrot, grated
1/4 cupCelery, chopped fine
1 1/2 tspMustard, prepared or dijon
1 tspGarlic powder
1/8 tspWhite pepper
1/4 cupTomato sauce
2 Egg whites
1/2 cupKetchup
1/4 cupHoney
Procedures:
1Recipe by: cooking without fat preparation time: 0:20 preheat oven at 350.
2Prepare a loaf pan with cooking spray.
3Combine all ingredients except ketchup and honey and mix well.
4Turn mixture into a prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes.
5Combine ketchup and honey.
6Spread evenly over meat and bake 5 minutes longer.
