Garlic pepper chicken breasts

Ingredients:
1/2 cupPlain nonfat yogurt
1 tspChicken boullion powder
1/2 tspBlack pepper
1/2 tspGarlic powder
6 Skinless, boneless chicken
-breast halves
Procedures:
1Makes 6 servings
2in small bowl, whisk together yogurt, boullion, garlic, and pepper.
3Blend.
4Place in a shallow glass dish.
5Add the chicken breasts, turnign to coat all sides with marinade.
6Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
7Remove chicken from dish and discard leftover marinade.
8Grill or broil chicken until cooked through, approsimately 5-6 minutes per side.
9this is great served with wild rice and a green salad.
10I usually take the chicken skins off before marinating.
