Ingredients:

| | Duck breast filets | | 1/2
| cup | Soy sauce | | 1/2
| cup | Oil | | 1/2
| cup | White wine | | 2
| | (cloves) Garlic [minced] | | 1/2
| tsp | Ginger [ground] | | 1 1/2
| tbsp | Oil | | 1
| large | Onion [thinley sliced] | | 8
| large | Fresh mushrooms [sliced] | | 1
| pack | (10 oz) frozen pea pods |

Procedures:
