Ingredients:
1 Breast of chicken -- bite
Size pieces
1/4 cupSoy sauce
1 tspOil
1 tspGinger powder
Minced garlic
Oil
1 Onion
2 Carrots -- peeled /sliced
1 packSnow peas
1 Green pepper -- chopped
1 canSliced water chestnuts
Garlic -- minced
1 cupChicken stock or boullion
1 tbspCorn starch
Chopped
Procedures:
1Marinate the chicken in next 4 ingredients.
2In wok or iron skillet, heat oil and cook onion.
3Add chicken, cook until browned, add carrots after a few minutes add ?cup chicken stock.
4When carrots and chicken are done add snow peas, pepper and water chestnuts.
5Add ?cup remaining chicken stock mixed with 1 tbs corn starch.
6Cook until thick, serve over chinese noodles or rice.
