Ingredients:

| | Chicken wings * | | 2
| | Eggs, beaten | | 1
| cup | Flour | | 1
| tsp | Garlic powder | | 1/2
| tsp | Pepper | | | Oil for deep frying | | 1
| cup | Teriyaki sauce | | 1
| cup | Honey |

Procedures:
| 1 | * tips removed and wings cut into 2 pieces. | | 2 | Dip the wings into the beaten eggs and allow them to drain for a few minutes. | | 3 | Next dredge in flour seasoned with the garlic powder, pepper and salt until they are fully coated. | | 4 | Heat oil between 350 and 360°F., or until a drop of beaten egg rises bubbly to the surface. | | 5 | Deep fry several at a time until golden brown and crisp. | | 6 | Drain on paper towels. | | 7 | Mix teriyaki sauce and honey. | | 8 | After wings have drained, but are still hot, brush or marinade with sauce mixture. | | 9 | I would recommend that you let them marinade for 5-10 minutes. | | 10 | Shake off excess sauce, and serve hot. | | 11 | Bon appetit! -- della |
