| cup | Tomato sauce | | 2
| tbsp | Pesto sauce -- commercial | | 4
| | Plum tomatoes -- thinly | | | Sliced | | 2
| oz | Mozzarella cheese, part skim | | | Milk -- shredded | | 2
| oz | Fontina cheese -- shredded |

Procedures:
