French bread chicken pizza

Ingredients:
1/2 lbsGround chicken thighs
1/4 cupFresh cilantro -- chopped
1/4 tspGround red pepper
1 lbsFrench bread loaf -- about
16 Inches long
1/2 cupTomato sauce
2 tbspPesto sauce -- commercial
4 Plum tomatoes -- thinly
Sliced
2 ozMozzarella cheese, part skim
Milk -- shredded
2 ozFontina cheese -- shredded
Procedures:
1Cook chicken in a medium-size nonstick skillet over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble.
2Drain and pat dry with paper towels.
3Combine chicken, cilantro, and red pepper in a bowl; set aside.
4Slice bread in half lengthwise; place bread, cut side up, on a baking sheet.
5Broil 5 ?inches from heat 1 minute or until lightly browned.
6Remove from oven, and set aside.
7Combine tomato sauce and pesto sauce; stir well, and spread evenly over cut side of bread halves.
8Top with tomato slices and chickeen mixture.
9Sprinkle with cheeses.
10Broil 5 ?inches from heat 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
11Cut each bread half into 4 pieces.
