Ingredients:
1 tbspSmooth peanut butter
2 tspSoy sauce
2 tspWine vinegar
Pn Hot pepper flakes
1 Chicken breast, boneless
-skinless, [=?lb]
1 tspVegetable oil
2 tspGarlic, minced
1 tspGingerroot, minced
Procedures:
1In measuring cup, stir together ?cup water, peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar and hot pepper flakes.
2cut chicken into ?inch cubes.
3In nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; cook chicken, garlic and ginger, stirring, for 2-3 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
4Stir in peanut butter mixture and bring to boil; reduce heat to low and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until thickened.
