Ingredients:
12 lbsTurkey
1 medONION
Butter
1 medCarrot
4 tbspRosemary
6 cupStock
Procedures:
1Stuff turkey with the onion, carrot, and rosemary.
2Brush the outside with the melted butter.
3Place breast side down in a roaster.
4Add the stock and place in a 500f oven.
5Roast for 1 hour.
6Reduce heat to 450f and turn the turkey over.
7Roast for 1 more hour.
8It should be fully cooked by then.
9To be sure, check internal temperature to be 180f.
