Ingredients:

| | Bacon strips | | 2
| | Chicken breast halves | | | - with skin and bones | | 1/2
| cup | Soy sauce | | 1/4
| cup | Sugar | | 2
| | Garlic cloves, minced | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Ginger, ground | | 1/2
| tsp | Paprika | | 2
| drop | Hot pepper sauce (or 3) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Wrap two bacon strips around each chicken breast; place in a shallow glass baking dish and set aside. | | 2 | In a small mixing bowl, combine soy sauce and sugar; add remaining ingredients. | | 3 | Pour over chicken, turning to coat evenly. | | 4 | Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. | | 5 | Drain and reserve marinade. | | 6 | Bake at 325f for 50-60 minutes or until chicken tests done, basting occasionally with marinade. |
