Chicken breasts

Chicken broth

Sliced sweet onion

Clove chopped garlic
Cucumber Glaze *
Procedures:

Lightly salt chicken breasts.put in casserole;cover with onion slices, parsley and garlic.

Pour chicken broth over all.

Simmer for 30 to 35 minutes.

Remove from broth.

Cool.

cucumber glaze:

2 tbs light salad dressing 4 tbs chopped,peeled cucumber 2 tsp grated lemon peel 2 tsp lemon juice salt to taste

mix well and spread on chilled chicken.
