Easy lemon chicken

Ingredients:
6 Puff pastry shells
1 tbspOil
1 lbsBoneless skinless chicken
Breasts -- in cubes
2 12oz jars
2 tbspLemon juice
1/4 tspDried thyme -- crushed
3 cupCooked, cut up veggies
Chicken gravy
Procedures:
1Bake shells according to package directions.
2In med skillet over med hight heat, heat oil.
3Add chicken in 2 batches and cook until browned, stirring ofter.
4Set aside.
5Pour off fat.
6Add gravy, juice, thyme and veggies.
7Heat to a boil.
8Return chicken to pan.
9Reduce heat to low.
10Cover and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
11Serve in shells
