Ingredients:
1/4 cupSoy sauce
3 tbspBrown sugar-dark brown
2 tbspLemon juice
2 tbspSherry
1 tbspSalad oil
1 tspGinger-ground
1/3 cupOnions green-chopped
1 cupGarlic-crushed
8 xChicken drumsticks
Procedures:
1In 9" baking dish combine all ingredients except drumsticks.
2Add drumsticks turning to coat all sides.
3Cover and marinate in refrigerator 3 hours or overnight turning occasionally.
4Preheat oven to 350°F.
5Bake uncovered 60-70 minutes or until drumsticks are tender turning once.
