Ingredients:
1 lbsGround beef or bulk italian
Sausage (a mix is best)
1 cupChopped tomato
3/4 cupFrozen green peas
1/2 tspItalian seasoning
1 cup"BISQUICK" Baking mix
1 cupMilk
2 ea Eggs
1 cupMozzarella cheese (shredded)
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 400 degrees.
2Grease 9" pie plate.
3Cook ground beef until brown; drain.
4Stir in tomato, peas and italian seasoning; spread in plate.
5Stir baking mix, milk and eggs with fork until blended.
6Pour into plate.
7Bake 25 min or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
8Sprinlke with cheese.
9Bake 2 to 3 min longer or until melted.
10Serve with pizza sauce if desired.
